R S Lakshman is the Managing Partner of the Firm with a practice focused on commercial litigation, arbitration, regulatory disputes, insolvency and real estate matters. He practices before the Supreme Court of India, the High Courts of Delhi and Kerala and various tribunals including RERA, NCLT and DRT.

He has experience in commercial disputes, government contracts, insolvency proceedings and white-collar crimes.

He has represented financial institutions, corporate houses and family-owned businesses, homebuyers and co-operative institutions. Prior to co-founding the Firm, Lakshman practiced in New Delhi.

A graduate of National Law University, Delhi, Lakshman brings a strong commercial and strategic perspective to dispute resolution, with a particular focus on business-critical and high-stakes matters.

Lakshman is currently the standing counsel for educational institutions under Travancore Devaswom Board.

Sudakshina Mena Prasad is a founding partner of the Firm with a practice focused on criminal law, administrative law, matrimonial and family disputes and consumer law. She practises before the High Court of Kerala, as well as the courts in Thiruvananthapuram.

Her criminal defence work includes POCSO and Prevention of SC/ST atrocities. In matrimonial disputes, she handles divorce, custody, maintenance and domestic violence cases. She also handles the firm’s Labour and Emoloyment portfolios.

Prior to founding the firm, she has practiced in New Delhi and Kerala where she was involved in constitutional and commercial matters, as well as criminal litigation before the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi.

She’s also independently involved in various ICC panels under POSH Act.

Niranjan M S is a Senior Associate at the Firm with a practice focused on criminal law, commercial disputes, arbitration and real estate regulatory matters.

He regularly appears in criminal matters at all stages, including bail and trial and has handled cases involving serious offences as well as cyber crime.

A graduate of the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi, Niranjan adopts a measured and detail-oriented approach to his practice, with an emphasis on practical and effective legal solutions.

Aswin Krishnan is a practicing lawyer with a B.Com., LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Mahatma Gandhi University. In addition to his litigation practice, he has professional experience as a Legal Auditor in the Audit Department of Manappuram Finance Limited, where he was involved in agreement verification and related legal compliance matters. He has experience in handling complex and sensitive matters with diligence, precision and a structured legal approach.
